Clara Nelson

Clara Nelson is the Custodian at Lawrence County Technology and Career Center and also the Lawrence County School District Administrative office where she has served since 2017. 

Prior to joining LCTCC staff, she worked at Monticello Elementary School for 10 years and also worked with the Boy’s & Girls Club of South Central MS. as a Teacher Assistant.

Mrs. Nelson loves being a part of the Lawrence County School District family.

She is married to Prentiss Nelson and they have two wonder children, Earnest and Nikey and one granddaughter, Kamilla.

Clara and Prentiss are both lifelong residents of Lawrence County and are members of Friendship M.B. Church where she serves with many organizations.
